SCES squeezed by higher enrollment
As a counselor at Scott City Elementary School and Scott City Middle School, one-on-one time with young people is critical for Meagan Fullmer.
So is privacy Crowded conditions at SCES can make the latter difficult for Fullmer to achieve at times, especially when her office is located in the administration building.
“Just this last Friday, a spur of the moment situation came up and there wasn’t a room available (in the elementary school),” says Fullmer. “So a student and I had to sit in a hallway and talk some things out.
